After being a member of our transformer oil diagnostics laboratory team, Jenaphyr has transitioned into a new position with our Inside Sales team at MVA’s corporate office in Canton, Ohio. Her experience in the laboratory gives her a strong understanding of our transformer oil testing and diagnostic services, as well as the needs of the customers we serve throughout the power industry.
At MVA, we believe in providing opportunities for our employees to grow, develop new skills, and build their careers within the company. Jenaphyr’s transition from the laboratory to Inside Sales is a great example of how industry knowledge and hands-on experience can carry into new roles while continuing to support our customers and our team.
In her new position, she will be able to apply her knowledge of MVA’s services while working more directly with customers and supporting their transformer testing and service needs. Her laboratory background provides a valuable perspective as she takes on new responsibilities and continues expanding her experience within the transformer industry.
