Simply e-mail us your asset information and we will load the data into our dashboard for you—all you have to do is log in.

Ordering Supplies for Transformer Oil Testing

Need to order syringes or containers? It’s easy! You can order and track your containers from your dashboard. In addition, you will know which syringes you have on-site or if we received the syringes for testing.

Here’s how it works: Log in to your MVA Dashboard and navigate to the ‘Order Supplies’ section. From there, you can select the types and quantities of syringes or containers you need. Once your order is placed, you can effortlessly track its status right from your dashboard. This ensures you’re always in the loop and can plan your testing activities accordingly.

But that’s not all. Our system is designed to give you full visibility into your supply inventory. You’ll know exactly which syringes you have on-site, so there’s no second-guessing or unnecessary delays. Once you’ve sent in syringes for testing, our dashboard will update you on their status, letting you know when they’ve been received and are in the process of being tested.

Drawing Your Transformer Oil Samples

Ready to draw oil samples so you can have the diagnostic tests performed? No problem—it’s as easy as 1-2-3. MVA simplifies the process for you and your field technicians, saving time, eliminating lost paperwork, and preventing transposed serial number digits or misread handwriting. The whole process is simple:

1. Log In and Choose Your Asset: First, log in to your MVA Dashboard. Once you’re in, navigate to the ‘Assets’ section where you’ll find a list of all your transformers. Select the asset you wish to test, and you’re one step closer to completing your sampling.

    

2. Select Your Tests: After choosing your asset, you’ll be prompted to select the specific tests you want to be performed. Whether it’s Dissolved Gas Analysis, Furan Testing, or any other transformer oil test, you can pick from a comprehensive list of options available on the MVA Portal.

    

3. Mail the Sample: Once you’ve made your selections, the final step is to mail us the oil sample. Our system generates a unique identifier for each sample, ensuring there’s no mix-up or loss of valuable data. Simply package the transformer oil sample securely and send it to our testing facility.
